Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set the schedule, travel to local pools, and earn competitive pay, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

Must be 18+, US-based with work authorization, and have CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. InstaSwim provides clients and a flexible, scalable platform; instructors can choose which clients to work with and quickly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years teaching swim; CPR/First Aid certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' pools and homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel locally to clients' pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, safe, and effective learning experience.
