Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You decide your schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

As part of InstaSwim, you provide safe, tailored instruction, carry CPR/First Aid certifications, and maintain US work authorization. This role offers flexible local travel, competitive pay, and the support of a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to clients' pools.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
