Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We supply the clients; you provide instruction and safety with personalized plans.

Must be 18+, have CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), and US work authorization. Flexible local travel offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Able to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
