Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients; you bring expertise and reliability. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, are 18+, hold CPR and First Aid certifications (or willing to obtain), and can pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
