Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We supply clients, you control your workload and area.

InstaSwim offers a national network of clients, flexible local travel, and the potential to earn competitive pay while delivering high-quality instruction in familiar environments. CPR/First Aid and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' pools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
