Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

You will travel to local pools, create personalized lesson plans, ensure safety, and deliver engaging instruction. Must have at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization; 18+ with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
