Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your schedule and earn your pay promptly after each lesson.

We supply clients and support you with a smooth onboarding process so you can start within days. You must have at least 2 years of instruction experience, be 18+, and hold CPR/First Aid or be willing to obtain it. US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Able to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
