Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and travel locally, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

This is a flexible, instructor-driven opportunity offering one-on-one or small-group instruction and insurance coverage via InstaSwim's policy. Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), and have reliable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full, tracked learning experience.
