Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with local travel to client locations. Insurance coverage is included.

We require at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), and US work authorization. Join a growing network and enjoy flexible work with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Ability to travel to clients' pool locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
