Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area in the United States. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with local travel supported by InstaSwim.

Qualifications include 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, 18+, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. We provide clients, add you to our liability policy, and you can earn $40–$70 per hour

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
