Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' private homes and community pools across the United States. Instructors choose their own schedule, travel locally, and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with InstaSwim adding you to our general liability policy.

Applicants should have at least two years of swim instruction experience, be 18 or older, hold CPR and First Aid certifications (or be willing to obtain), have reliable transportation, and

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
