Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and we provide the clients, with payments issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualified applicants have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation. You will travel to local pools, create customized lesson plans, and ensure student safety while delivering engaging, tracked learning

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
