Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools, with you setting your own schedule and traveling locally. You can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with InstaSwim providing general liability insurance coverage.

Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
