Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You choose which clients to work with and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

You’ll travel locally, set your own schedule, and gain access to liability coverage through InstaSwim’s policy. The role requires 2+ years of swim instruction, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification, reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
