Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

We cover liability via our policy and offer client matches based on area. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US

Qualifications

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' pools.
US work authorization and a professional, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
