Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients’ private homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Travel to local client locations, create customized lesson plans, and ensure student safety at all times. We require at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid certs (or willingness to obtain), reliable transport, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
