InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and are paid quickly after each session.

Travel locally is supported, and InstaSwim includes you under its general liability policy for coverage. Qualifications include 2+ years of swim instruction experience, 18+ age, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience (implied by responsibilities).
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Must be based in the US with eligible work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility and manage availability.
• Travel safely to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, complete and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
