Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, travel locally, and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We provide clients and add you to our general liability policy.

Responsibilities include conducting 1-on-1 or small group lessons, creating personalized plans, and ensuring safety at all times. Must have 2+ years of experience and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience and ability to tailor lessons to student needs.
• Must be 18 or older and legally able to work in the US.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain) as a prerequisite.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Professional, positive attitude when working with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons at client homes or pools.
• Schedule lessons with flexible availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, engaging, and safe learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
