Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, and you can choose which clients to work with. Get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, often through PayPal or other methods.

InstaSwim supplies clients and provides liability coverage. You’ll travel locally, create customized lesson plans, and assess progress while ensuring safety and a fun learning experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Able to create personalized lesson plans.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor student’s progress and adapt lessons to meet student’s & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
