Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with the ability to choose clients to work with.

We supply the clients, you bring the expertise. Expect flexible scheduling, local travel, quick onboarding, and access to general liability coverage. Background checks are covered, and start times can be within 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to student ability.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full, tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
