Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and travel locally, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and environments, while you deliver personalized instruction and progress tracking. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation to meet client needs safely.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
