Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and we provide the clients, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

You will travel to local pools, create personalized lesson plans, and ensure safety while delivering fun, effective instruction. Must have at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and US-based with work authorization.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
