Rivia Mind in Boston, MA, seeks a licensed psychotherapist to join a multidisciplinary clinical team. You'll provide weekly patient sessions via telehealth or in-person, conduct intake evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes continuous professional development, supervision, and a flexible work arrangement with a remote or hybrid option.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of psychotherapy practice.
• Licensed in MA or license-eligible; associate licenses allowed in some cases.
• Certifications in modalities (CBT/DBT/EMDR) are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality clinical care aligned with Rivia Mind's standards.
• Conduct weekly patient sessions (self-pay, insurance, Medicare).
• Maintain a consistent weekly schedule per productivity expectations.
• Follow Care Model with continuity, follow-ups, and calendar management.
• Perform comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Apply psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing).
• Provide telehealth counseling to diverse patient populations.
• Coach patients to manage health conditions and encourage positive change.
• Offer crisis intervention and timely session documentation.
• Foster a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented work culture.
• Participate in additional related duties as directed by leadership.
