Job summary

Rivia Mind is seeking a licensed clinician to provide high-quality telehealth and hybrid care across multiple states, including Florida. The role requires NY licensure and a Master's degree in a relevant psychology/mental health field, with experience in telehealth and EHR systems.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, follow our care model, and maintain a patient-focused schedule while supporting diverse populations in a dynamic, remote/hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Active NY State license required (LMSW/LSW/MHC or equivalent) and a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Experience delivering clinical care via telehealth or hybrid models is preferred.
• Proficient with Google Suite, EHR platforms and related tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care aligned with Rivia Mind’s Care Model.
• Maintain a consistent weekly patient schedule and productivity expectations.
• Deliver telehealth/hybrid therapy, counseling and care coordination.
• Participate in supervision and collaborative clinical learning within a multidisciplinary team.
