Job summary

Rivia Mind is seeking a licensed psychotherapist to join a collaborative clinical team. This role supports patient care across telehealth and hybrid formats, with a focus on multidisciplinary collaboration and ongoing growth.

You will provide psychotherapy, participate in supervision, and contribute to a patient-centered care model with a strong emphasis on quality, continuity, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Education Details: Master's in Social Work or a related graduate degree.
• At least one year of psychotherapy experience; practicum counts.
• Experience with diverse populations; multilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care consistently in line with Rivia Mind's culture and principles.
• Deliver weekly psychotherapy sessions across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare.
• Maintain a consistent weekly schedule aligned with productivity expectations.
• Follow Care Model practices emphasizing continuity of care and follow-ups.
• Conduct intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy using modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.).
• Offer telehealth clinical support and counseling to diverse populations.
• Coach patients on health behaviors and support positive changes.
• Counsel and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Be mindful of documentation for session notes and clinical standards.
• Promote a collaborative work culture and ongoing learning.
• Engage in weekly group supervision and multidisciplinary collaboration.
