Job summary

Rivia Mind is seeking an outpatient private practice therapist (LCSW or MHC) for a private practice role with remote or hybrid option in Boston, MA. The practice emphasizes a whole-person approach, collaboration with psychiatry, and a supportive administrative team to enable clinicians to focus on patient care.

The position offers a flexible remote/hybrid work arrangement, a structured onboarding program, weekly supervision, and ongoing clinical education.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work or a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling
• Active Massachusetts State License (LCSW/MHC) or license-eligible
• 1+ year of psychotherapy experience (Practicum included)
• Bilingual or additional language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare
• Maintain weekly patient sessions and strong calendar management
• Follow Care Model practices with emphasis on continuity of care and follow-up
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Offer psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing
• Maintain thorough session notes and comply with clinical standards
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and participate in supervision and education
