The role emphasizes weekly supervision, structured onboarding, and access to diverse modalities in a telehealth and hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work or related field required
• At least 1 year psychotherapy experience
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
• Couples therapy experience is a plus
• Multidisciplinary teamwork
• Proficient with Google Suite, EHR platforms and company systems
• Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care consistent with Rivia Mind’s values and care model
• Conduct weekly patient sessions across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare
• Maintain a consistent weekly patient care schedule aligned with productivity expectations
• Follow Care Model practices emphasizing continuity of care and timely follow-ups
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Utilize modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing
• Provide telehealth psychotherapy to diverse patient populations
• Coach patients to manage health conditions and behavioral changes
• Offer crisis intervention and evidence-based guidance
• Maintain timely and thorough session documentation
• Contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented work culture
• Engage in administrative and team functions as needed
