Rivia Mind is seeking a licensed or license-eligible psychotherapist to join a collaborative clinical team. This role emphasizes telehealth and hybrid care, with strong supervision and professional development opportunities.

You will provide psychotherapy across diverse populations, participate in a multidisciplinary care model, and contribute to a high-quality patient experience while growing clinically.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Active Massachusetts State License (LCSW/MHC) or license-eligible.
• Experience in psychotherapy or clinical settings is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality clinical care aligned with organizational values.
• Maintain weekly patient sessions across self-pay, insured, and Medicare.
• Follow Care Model emphasizing continuity of care and timely follow-ups.
• Conduct intake evaluations and develop client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing.
• Provide telehealth-based clinical support and counseling.
• Coach patients to manage health conditions and promote positive behavior changes.
• Offer crisis intervention and assess emotional/behavioral problems.
• Document sessions promptly and accurately; adhere to standards.
• Foster a friendly, collaborative work culture and ongoing growth.
