Rivia Mind is seeking a licensed psychotherapist to join a multidisciplinary clinical community. You will deliver psychotherapeutic care across telehealth and in-person settings, participate in supervision, and support ongoing professional development.

The role emphasizes a collaborative care model, adherence to clinical standards, and engaging with patients across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare. The team values growth, warmth, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Practicum clinical experience applies; licensed or license-eligible in NY.
• Proficient with diverse technology platforms and EHR systems.
• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care consistent with Rivia Mind's culture and standards.
• Conduct weekly patient sessions across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare.
• Maintain a consistent weekly care schedule aligned with productivity expectations.
• Follow Care Model practices emphasizing continuity of care and high-frequency follow-ups.
• Perform intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing.
• Provide telehealth care to diverse patient populations.
• Advise patients on managing health conditions and behavior change.
• Offer crisis intervention and evidence-based treatment when needed.
• Document sessions timely and thoroughly.
