Formación

• Licensed social work professional with LMSW/LSW or MHC-LP.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience in telehealth and collaborative care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide telehealth clinical care and counseling to patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Manage a weekly schedule with high-frequency follow-ups.
• Engage in supervision and ongoing professional development.
