TD Securities (USA) LLC in New York seeks an Experienced Investment Banking Analyst in Private Placements to originate, structure and distribute debt financings for investment-grade issuers. You'll work with senior bankers across industry verticals to help originate, structure and distribute creative financing solutions, while supporting live debt raises and preparing client materials.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics.
Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses, or ability to obtain them within time period.
1–3 years of related experience in fixed income investing, investment banking, or related capital markets role.

Responsibilities

Assist in execution of live debt raise processes with management teams, investors and lawyers.
Prepare offering materials, investor presentations, term sheets, and Q&A support.
Maintain transaction databases, precedents, and market updates (spreads, tenors, structures).
Develop tools to strengthen investor relationships and analyze market intelligence.
Coordinate with senior bankers to manage complex, time-sensitive processes on deals.
Assist in analyzing clients' capital structures, financials, and market data for opportunities.
Perform basic to intermediate financial modeling in Excel across structured instruments.
Draft client materials including presentations, comparable company analyses and market updates.
