Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, or similar roles.
• FINRA Registrations: Series 63, 79 licenses and SIE Exam required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day transaction execution under direction of the Head of the Debt Private Placements Group.
• Prepare and review complex financial analyses and models.
• Present materials internally to senior bankers and externally to clients.
