Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field; two years of related experience.
Experience with financial transaction structures and private placement timelines.
Ability to review documents and perform financial statement analyses.

Responsibilities

Structure, analyze and execute transactions for private placement desk.
Oversee live deal execution, including due diligence and NDAs.
Coordinate deal teams and review financial modeling for pitches and board materials.
Prepare Discounted Cash Flow, LBO, comps, and precedent transactions analyses.
Build long-term client relationships and engage senior bankers on debt capital markets topics.
