TD Securities Inc. in New York invites an Experienced Investment Banking Analyst in Private Placements to join the Debt Capital Markets team.

You will work with senior bankers to originate, structure and distribute private financing solutions for investment-grade issuers across industries. You will assist in live debt raises, prepare materials, maintain databases and analyze market data while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics.
• Series 7 and 63 (and 79) or ability to obtain licenses within the designated time period.
• 1–3 years of related experience in fixed income investing, investment banking, or capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of live debt raise processes with management teams, investors and lawyers.
• Prepare offering materials including investor presentations and term sheets.
• Maintain transaction databases and market updates; track spreads and investor demand.
• Develop tools to strengthen investor relationships and analyze market data.
• Coordinate with senior bankers to manage time-sensitive processes.
• Analyze clients' capital structures and conduct basic to intermediate financial modeling.
• Draft client materials including presentations, comps and market update decks.
• Provide broad support to the Debt Capital Markets team.
