Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in private placements and/or debt capital markets.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex private placement transactions.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial statement analysis, credit evaluation, and modeling
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and investors
• Deep understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and their interrelationships.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Detail focused, proactive, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Creative problem‑solving abilities and intellectual curiosity

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of executing debt private placement transactions, from idea generation to final execution, including legal structuring, marketing documentation, investor negotiations, and coordination with internal teams
• Originate private placement opportunities through internal referral channels and direct client development efforts.
• Provide client coverage and strategic guidance to affiliate bankers, aiming to secure lead placement agent roles on transactions
• Lead the preparation efforts for investor roadshows, offering memoranda, rating agency presentations, and indicative pricing analyses based on market comparables and public secondary levels
• Conduct credit analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling to evaluate client suitability for private placements
• Maintain and grow relationships with institutional investors, including private placement analysts, to support distribution efforts
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering development and ensuring high‑quality deliverables
• Ensure transactions are executed in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain materials such as the master pitch book, transaction database, and templates.
• Stay current on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to inform client strategies and product positioning
