Goldman Sachs in New York seeks an Associate, Banker CSG to structure, analyze, and execute private placement transactions. You will oversee financing live deal execution, run due diligence, negotiate NDAs and financial terms, and coordinate roadshows with lawyers, financiers, and other banks.

You will assist senior team in evaluating models, draft financing and offering documents, and help clients present to potential buyers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• Two years of experience in finance or related role.
• Experience with private placement or structured finance is preferred.
