JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Chase Travel seeks a dynamic Luxury Travel Designer to curate ultra-high-net-worth experiences. You will architect seamless journeys for Fortune 500 executives, celebrities, and dignitaries, managing end-to-end plans with meticulous attention to detail.

As part of Private Client Services, you’ll own a member portfolio, collaborate with a tight-knit team, and deliver white-glove service from consultation through post-trip follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years designing luxury travel for high-net-worth clients.
• Comfort with CRM and project management tools; tech-adaptable.
• Extensive personal travel experience and genuine cultural curiosity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• The ability to manage a high-volume inbox and complex calendar.
• Grace under pressure: you thrive when juggling priorities and tight timelines.
• Willingness to be available beyond standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Consults deeply with members to understand preferences and exceed them.
• Builds and manages bespoke itineraries covering air, hotels, villas, yachts, cruises, transport, dining, and staffing.
• Serves as the dedicated point of contact, nurturing long-term relationships.
• Manages all financial elements of each trip: invoicing, payments, budgeting.
• Leverages partner relationships to secure rates, upgrades, and exclusive access.
• Provides white-glove support throughout planning, travel, and post-trip follow-up.
• Troubleshoots proactively to resolve issues before they arise.
• Stays ahead of luxury travel trends to offer informed recommendations.
