Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Chase Travel unit seeks a Travel Support Specialist II to enhance the experiences of an elite clientele. You will build relationships with top restaurants and private experience providers, and design personalized itineraries with meticulous attention to detail.

In this role, you will collaborate with Travel Designers, coordinate with hotels and guides, and communicate with UHNW clients across channels to meet their sophisticated travel needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge, personal assistant, or luxury travel services.
• Detail-oriented with ability to craft sophisticated itineraries.
• Proven ability to build relationships with luxury providers.
• Excellent communication with UHNW clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with luxury restaurants, ticket brokers, exclusive event coordinators, and providers of private experiences for bespoke client services.
• Collaborate with Travel Designers to manage all aspects of travel logistics.
• Craft elegant itineraries using AXUS Pocket Travel Consultant and refined design templates.
• Communicate effectively with UHNW clients via email, phone, and in person to capture preferences.
• Coordinate with hotels, tour operators, and guides to tailor dining, spa, and activities.
• Update client reservations on Monday.com and ClientBase ensuring accuracy.
• Research luxury travel trends and top destinations to offer current options.
• Maintain organization, flexibility, and high professional standards in client interactions.
