Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a seasoned Travel Designer for its Private Client Services. You will architect bespoke, white-glove itineraries for ultra-high-net-worth clients, coordinating private and commercial travel, villas, yachts, and private staffing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years designing luxury travel for high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients (or equivalent hospitality/concierge experience).
• Comfort with CRM and project management tools; tech-adaptable.
• Extensive personal travel experience and genuine cultural curiosity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — polished on the phone, precise in email, warm in person.
• Ability to manage a high-volume inbox and complex calendar without dropping a detail.

Responsibilities

• Consult deeply with members to understand preferences, travel style and expectations and exceed them.
• Builds and manages bespoke itineraries including air, accommodations, yachts, cruises, ground transport, dining and staffing.
• Serve as dedicated point of contact for a select group of members and nurture long-term relationships.
• Manage all financial elements of each trip — invoicing, vendor payments, budgeting with transparency.
• Leverage partner/vendor relationships to secure preferred rates, upgrades, exclusive access.
• Provide white-glove support throughout travel lifecycle: pre-trip planning, concierge, post-trip follow-up.
• Troubleshoot proactively and resolve issues before members notice.
• Stay ahead of luxury travel trends to offer informed recommendations.
