Qualifikationen

• Existing book of business and established client relationships.
• Private Lending, BPL, or DSCR experience preferred.
• Proven ability to originate and close loans.
• Self-sourcing with strong lead generation skills.
• Knowledge of credit, pricing, and loan structures.
• Transferable pipeline is a significant plus.
• Knowledge of credit, pricing, leverage, loan structures, and financing options.
• Strong CRM, pipeline management, and follow-up skills.
• Results-driven focus on closings, funded volume, repeat business, and referrals.
