Job summary

Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Inside Loan Officer for a Tampa-based lending platform serving real estate investors nationwide. This opportunity is designed for an established originator who already brings a book of business and client relationships and wants additional leads, products and support to increase funded production.

This role targets originators who actively self-source, develop investor relationships and manage the lending process from initial conversation through closing.

Qualifications

• Established book of business and existing client relationships are REQUIRED.
• Proven loan origination and closing experience REQUIRED.
• Demonstrated ability to self-source and generate new business REQUIRED.
• Strong direct relationships with real estate investors REQUIRED.
• Ability to grow an existing book of business and not rely solely on company-provided leads REQUIRED.
• Strong phone-based sales, prospecting and follow-up skills REQUIRED.
• Ability to discuss leverage, credit, pricing, structure and loan options REQUIRED.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline REQUIRED.
• Office-based in Tampa, FL REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Inside Loan Officer for a Tampa-based lending platform serving real estate investors nationwide. This opportunity is designed for an established originator who already brings a book of business and client relationships and wants additional leads, products and support to increase funded production.

This is not a lead-dependent Loan Officer role. The team is targeting proven originators and closers who actively self-source business, develop investor relationships and own the lending process from initial conversation through closing. Company-generated leads are provided to supplement an existing book of business and create additional production opportunities.
