The role requires the ability to originate and close loans for real estate investors, manage a robust pipeline, and represent the company at events to expand market presence nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active book of business with real estate investor relationships.
• Strong ability to originate and close high-volume loans.
• Experience with private lending / BPL / DSCR a plus.
• Willingness to self-source and grow pipeline.
• CRM and pipeline-management discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close loans leveraging company-provided leads.
• Manage and expand personal client relationships with real estate investors.
• Convert leads into funded loans and grow production.
• Travel to industry conventions and local meetups as needed.
• Build and maintain a strong presence in the Tampa market.
• Deliver a 5-star client experience from initial contact to closing.
