Career Crunch in Tampa, FL is hiring Inside Loan Officer for Private Lending / BPL / DSCR. Base salary plus uncapped commission, company-provided leads, full benefits, and 401(k).

This role targets loan officers with an active book of business and relationships with real estate investors, capable of originating and closing high volumes. You will grow your own presence in the real estate investor community nationwide, travel to conventions, host events, and attend investor meetups weekly.

Qualifications

• Active book of business with established relationships with real estate investors.
• Private Lending / BPL / DSCR experience strongly preferred.
• Proven high-volume originator and closer.
• $3M+ monthly funded production strongly preferred.
• Ability to self-source and generate business.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close high-volume loans with an established client base.
• Convert company-provided leads into additional production while growing your own pipeline.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors and referral partners.
• Travel to industry conventions, host events, and attend investor meetups weekly to expand market presence.
• Manage pipeline and leverage a broad product offering to meet client needs.
