Inside Loan Officer sought by a growing national private lending platform to originate and close high-volume loans for real estate investors nationwide. This role requires a proven producer with an established book of business and strong investor relationships.

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid) In-Office 3 days per week. Responsibilities include managing Private Lending, DSCR, and BPL loans, leveraging leads, building broker relationships, and maintaining an active CRM pipeline, with uncapped earning

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, or Private Lending Professional.
• Established book of business and transferable client relationships.
• Experience with Private Lending, DSCR, and/or BPL products.
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate business and close loans.
• History of high-volume production, preferably $3M+ in funded loans per month.
• Strong consultative sales, relationship-building, and closing skills.
