Qualifications

• 1+/2+ years of private aviation charter sales or brokerage experience or strong record in luxury/high-ticket sales.
• Knowledge of aircraft categories and capabilities from turboprops to heavy jets.
• Understanding of Part 91 vs Part 135 operations and disclosure requirements.
• Excellent negotiation skills with margin protection while remaining competitive.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business through outbound calls, email, networking and referrals.
• Consult with clients on trip needs and recommend aircraft for passengers, luggage, range, and budget.
• Source and vet operators, compare safety ratings, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Build quotes quickly using Avinode and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate trip details with operators, FBOs and concierge partners; manage changes and issues.
