Qualifications

• Sales experience in luxury or high-consideration categories.
• Track record of winning and exceeding sales goals.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and handling rejection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own client list through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and team to expand the network.
• Manage charter bookings end-to-end from inquiry to completion as trusted advisor.
• Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process.
• Present and undertake public speaking with confidence.
• Cover flight operations as part of a defined on-call rotation 24/7.
• Make clear, timely decisions to keep clients happy and flights on schedule.
