Qualifications

• 2-4 years transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update systems and coordinate with load planners to inform drivers of loads and schedules.
• Monitor truck and freight movements, communicating with drivers to address issues during trips.
• Handle documentation, equipment maintenance scheduling, and driver training activities.
• Oversee driver timecards, vacations, and performance reviews; liaise with maintenance during breakdowns.
