Qualifications

• College degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years transportation experience preferred.
• Travel requirements 50%.

Responsibilities

• Update systems and coordinate with load planners to relay load info to drivers and schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Monitor truck movement and communicate with drivers to address issues during trips.
• Prioritize and resolve delays or changes affecting pickup/delivery times.
• Notify drivers about missing paperwork and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure drivers are trained on equipment and complete daily VIRs.
• Manage driver performance reviews and timecard entries.
• Serve as liaison between drivers and maintenance during breakdowns.
