Career Group is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of two private homes in NYC and the East End of Suffolk County. You will manage maintenance, coordinate staff, handle administrative duties, and assist with event planning to ensure exceptional property experiences for the family.

The role requires strong organization, discretion, and flexibility to travel between Kings Point and NYC as schedules demand.

Competenze

• Proven experience in estate or property management, preferably for private families.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple homes and teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends; valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day management of two private family homes.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations with contractors.
• Inspect properties regularly to ensure high standards and security.
• Maintain detailed records of expenses, budgets, and invoices.
• Plan and coordinate family events at the properties.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
