Qualifications

• Five+ years in estate/private-service roles.
• Strong leadership and staff management.
• Proven project management and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operation, maintenance, and presentation of main home and guest homes.
• Manage two full-time housekeepers, including schedules, activities, and training.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and oversee property systems and repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of service schedules, warranties, inventories, and utilities.
• Ensure estate is guest-ready and maintained to high aesthetic standards.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and coordinate with staff for events.
